Unlike traditional sales roles, there is no cold calling or door to door selling. Every customer you interact with has already expressed interest in Timbera's products through Instagram, WhatsApp, or other social media channels. Your role is to build trust, guide customers through the buying process, and convert interested prospects into happy customers.
As the majority of our customers are female homeowners and families, this position is open to female applicants only.Up to PKR 100,000+ / month

What You'll Do
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries on Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Guide customers through the buying process and recommend products that best suit their needs.
- Arrange in home consultations for customers interested in larger furniture purchases.
- Attend customer meetings alongside one of our interior designers, who will lead the design consultation while you build the relationship, answer commercial questions, and help close the sale.
- Close online sales for smaller products through WhatsApp and social media.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Work closely with the design and operations teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
- Female applicants only.
- Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English.
- Friendly, confident, and target driven.
- Passion for sales and customer service.
- Comfortable using Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and other social media platforms.
- Comfortable travelling for scheduled customer visits.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or social media is preferred but not required.
